So you tell me, if you were me and your people don't do their job properly. Will you scold them? Will you scream your own sweet voice at them? Will you tell them nicely about their mistakes after they were repeatedly reminded?
Please. We NCOs don't shout for no reason. We NCOs don't shout because we received them before. We NCOs don't have time to shout at them. We rather be in school relaxing and laughing then scolding them. Please, who wants?
We NCOs shout for the best of them.
So I advice you not to pity them and not to tell us NCOs how strict we are and how lenient we should be. Please, I'll shout at you if you tell my fellow NCOs that again. And I'll keep my words.
Try to be in my shoes. Try to be in our shoes.
And you tell me. Why should you be afraid of us? It's not as if I'm screaming at you. It's not as if we're screaming at you. Please, we're treating you. In fact, you should be the one screaming at them. It's you they're treating. Not me. Not us. You.
So you think about it.
I don't know why but some people think we NCOs are the only first aiders around in the school. Please, if we're the only first aiders, what do you take the sec2s for? Why are we training them if we're the only first aiders there? Why am I screaming my lungs out when my fellow NCOs and I are the only first aiders.
What do you take me for? There's only one unique me. Please lah. I don't and can't multiply myself. What do you take us for? There's only ten uniquely us. Please lah. We don't and can't multiple ourself. We're not some kind of wizard and witch. If you are, why not multiply yourself and learn first aid.
