Now tell me, how can I not work with this lovable (ehem) people?
It felt like as though I didn’t update for a very long time because I certainly have lots to say! But oh wells, I guess I shall just talk about camp and other really super latest happenings, aka Biology SPA mock exam.
241008; Day 0 of SJAB Annual Camp 2008.
The very day when Dad had to come to school to have a chat with Mdm Jas. I swear to God I felt all those heaty pressure. Like what the eff.
If you don’t know what I’m going through, please don’t, just don’t say whatever you like. You know nothing about me. You were never there. You were too busy with your night classes. You were too tired from work. Why are you complaining when you know nothing at all?
Stop giving those pressure. I mean, I need space! You can’t even support me with my studies right now, why do you think I can make it all the way to a local University. Demands are now absolutely high you know.
Headed off for Physics class. Farah and Aishah dropped by to see how I was doing. Thanks you two. (:
When I came for day 0, we were all prepared for game trials and also food and pasting of bunks stuff. Headed for Para2dance first. Hilarious hilarious!
Please refer to any NCOs’ blog(s) for pictures.
Parablind was kind of embarrassing because if you have looked at the picture, it was so super unglam. LOL.
And then, we did our cosplay stuff. (:
Yes, screw Shi Hui!
Then we had some random photos being took. It’s really kind of disturbing, all these people. Tsktsk.
And before we know it, day 0 is done and we all had to head home to prepare ourselves for day 1. And I was tossing and turning about thinking about how the camp would turn out to be. Scary!
251008; Day 1 of SJAB Annual Camp 2008
Reported for camp and every single one of the NCOs were having the hibbeejibbees! ):
The Sec 4 instructors came awhile after. I was cheated. Someone said that she wouldn’t be coming for camp because it was Os. Liar! :p
When everyone has started to settle down, Alif (PC) and I (APC) was introduced to Cyprus; which we found out during platoon interaction a few hours later, that they were just like Charlie (NCO course 07). I miss going to NCO course!
But anyways, day 1 was kind of bad and really slow. The standard that we set was not met. Everyone was dragging their feet. Everyone was walking super slowly. Everyone was not up to standard at all. Such a bad sight. And when I say everyone, I meant the juniors. NCOs was still trying to adapt here and there to the situations. But overall, I guess we did a little better after lunch onwards
Almost all of the meals were screwed. It was like, really kind of difficult because any matters of the canteen, goes to me. So you can absolutely imagine how difficult it is when things, like the cheers and movement in and out of canteen, goes wrong.
But it’s okeh because I had my dear vice-head, Farah, to help me! And of course not forgetting all of the Special Task Force (STF) people. (:
While the juniors were asleep when lights off was a around 11.45pm, the NCOs went to bath and after which, some couldn’t get a shut eye. Then as I myself was about to doze off at around 2.20, continuous whistle was being blown by DI of the night, Farah, and all 9 other NCOs was rushing to the bunks to wake them all up.
Note: The 10 NCOs were all sleeping at the canteen as were too lazy to move to the bunks and found the canteen rather cosy to sleep at. Not only that, were also busy making sure that the next day schedules and games were well understood by all. (:
One thing that amaze all 10 of us, was how *cough* fast *cough* these people were when fire was being shouted. I had fun shouting fire. And so, since they were all so freaking slow, we had to change to our full-uniform under 2 minutes and thank God, we made it on time, thus we could all go back to sleep.
But instead of sleeping, we were all playing this made-up game. *Cough* Still, we slept because we were way to tired and worried that we might overtire ourself. As for me, I was too worried to even fall asleep. GASP! But one thing for sure, an hour before reveille, I was already asleep. (:
261008; Day 2 of SJAB Annual Camp 2008
A very quick brushing of teeth, lazed around the canteen with Mrs Chuah while the juniors were doing Physical Training with the AA team 08. And I was officially the Duty Instructor for the day. GASP!
The thought of it was really super scary but come to think of it, it was one very nice experience. (:
Had the Para-lympics as planned. My station took up almost half an hour per group because Fauzi & Jeremy had to hide the bandages at a super difficult place. And it was also thanks to the Sec4 Instructors who helped to hide it. (:
As I was waiting for the groups to come, I was accompanied by 2 noisy people! LOL.
The groups that came was practically scratching their brains to find the bandages. Heheh!
After we finished up all the stations, we had our very last platoon interaction before the camp night! The whole of Cyprus was cracking their brain to get a good ending. HEHE!
Camp night was a blast. It was quite better than last year’s but I still prefer 2006’s performances. (:
Then, we all got ourselves ready for The murder case. (:
It was a successful game because we all had fun! (: Since there’s bound to groups giving me the wrong clues, I started thinking what to tell them. So I decided, shaking my heads side to side and also waving while saying ‘Goodbye’ to them was a great idea! Therefore, these people called me a ‘siao zha bo’. (This spelling is according to Felicia thus there’s a high chance for it to be wrong. Ehem.)
Went around to all stations with Kak Shidah. Hehe!
Look at all the tired and screwed faces and hair! Haha!
And thus, all of us ended Day 2 super tiredly. A super short debrief for the day by Mrs Chuah. Had a 5 minutes power nap before heading to the washroom to wash up. Then 9 of us headed to the canteen and sleep! Yawn.
271008; Day 3 of SJAB Annual Camp 2008
According to the teachers’ copy and NCOs’ copy of timetable, we were suppose to have a footdrill session right after reveille. But we were all drained like a dried prune so we all slept instead of doing whatever was suppose to be down.
While the juniors were busy cleaning up the bunks and toilets and everything else, the 10 of us had to clean up the whole SJAB room and due to the stupid headache that I had, after a very lightning-quick clean up, sat on the couch and caught a little nap. Not only me, but practically all 10. HAHA! (:
And so, we ended the camp by a very super short debrief by Ms Siti and then we all headed down, lied down and headed off. Went to KFC for a bite.
Temperature changes~! *Cough*
THE END.
Thus I miss camp, especially the shouting and sleeping at canteen.
A few days after camp, had Biology SPA Mock Examination. Super scary.
The very first step I had to do was left out. I might fail! Super scared! I can’t believe I didn’t do the very step. It was a screwed experiment. ):
I complained the whole walk-home to Kak Belo. Hehe! Complain queens we are. (;
To the Instructors:
Thank you for taking a time-off from your super busy schedule. Be it mugging for Os, projects and everything else. Thank you for your support throughout the entire 3 days 2 nights camp. All the best in everything. Hope to see you people again, next year! (: Take care!
To the 9 other NCOs:
Good job you people! We did it! We did it well and we did it good! Our many months of hardwork has been paid off. I personally am proud of all 9 of you. May we work again some time next year. If I have ever hurt you during the process of planning or running the camp, apologies.
Have a good rest in the holidays. See you all freshen up for 2009.
Love you 9!
Sweet Love
Toodles.
